Error messages

Find the code shown in GPSPhantom and the next step to try.

tunnel_failed

Device connection lost. Reconnect the cable. Try a different port or cable if it repeats.

device_gone

iPhone disconnected. Reconnect the cable.

ddi_mount_failed

Developer image did not mount. Restart your iPhone and reconnect it.

session_closed

Device session stopped. Reconnect the device.

device_error

Device service failed. Reconnect the cable and try again.

geocoder_unavailable

Place search unavailable. Check your internet connection and try again.

route_too_few_points

Route needs another waypoint. Add at least one more waypoint to the route.

route_zero_length

Route has no distance. Move the waypoints apart. They are all at the same place.

pack_not_a_pack

Road file is not a pack. Download the region again. The file is not a GPSPhantom road pack.

pack_version_unsupported

Road pack needs a newer app. Update GPSPhantom, then try the route again.

pack_compression_unsupported

Road pack compression unsupported. Update GPSPhantom, then try the route again.

pack_truncated

Road pack is incomplete. Download the region again. The saved file is incomplete.

pack_corrupt

Road pack is corrupt. Download the region again. The saved road data cannot be used.

pack_checksum

Road pack checksum failed. Download the region again. Its checksum did not match.

pack_unreadable

Road pack cannot be read. Check that the packs folder is readable, then try again.

pack_download_failed

Road pack download failed. Check your connection, then try the route again.

map_tiles_unreachable

Online map tiles unavailable. Check your connection. Local map packs will keep working.

map_pack_unreadable

Local map pack cannot be read. Reinstall the pack, then reopen GPSPhantom.

map_style_invalid

Map style is invalid. Reopen GPSPhantom. If it repeats, install the latest version.

map_gl_unavailable

WebGL unavailable. Update the computer's graphics drivers, then reopen GPSPhantom.

map_gl_lost

WebGL context lost. The map will recover automatically. If it stays blank, reopen the window.

map_config_invalid

Map configuration invalid. Fix map.json or remove the override, then reopen GPSPhantom.

map_endpoint_invalid

Map endpoint unavailable. Check the endpoint address and your connection, then reopen GPSPhantom.

If the error repeats, include its code when contacting support.
